eCorporate Gift Shop FAQ

What state is my gifts shipped from?
Our gifts and gift baskets are shipped from any one of our warehouses around the country.

Can you substitute an item in the basket? Or Can you customize a basket?
We can make substitutions if you order 50 or more of the same basket with a minimum purchase of $1500.

Can I specify a gift card message?
Yes, during the checkout process, you will be prompted to write your gift message. Gift card messages are limited to 250 Characters.

How and when do my orders ship?
Most deliveries arrive within 2-5 business days shipped via Federal Express Ground Service. Orders placed before 10 AM PST will ship out the same day. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Expedited services such as FedEx Next Day, FedEx 2-day, 3-day, as well as Saturday are also available at additional charges calculated according to the FedEx standard rates. You can select your shipping method at the time of the check out.

Will I know my shipping charges before I place an order?
Yes! Shipping rates appear on the order confirmation page during checkout.

Do you ship gifts to Puerto Rico or Guam?
We do ship to Puerto Rico. Additional Charges may apply. Charges may vary based on the exact delivery address. We will notify you of the additional charges. We do not ship to Guam.

Do you ship gifts to Canada
We do ship to Canada. In Canada we only ship to Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec. Our shipping charges are automatically calculated by FedEx and displayed during checkout.

How long will it take for my order to leave your warehouse?
Orders can take up to 24 hours to leave our warehouse. They usually take less time.

Can I ship my gifts anywhere in the United States?
Almost anywhere, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes. We can ship to our friends in Hawaii and Alaska but, please add $20 to the listed shipping price and allow three additional days for delivery.

Why do you need my recipient's phone number?
Federal Express must have the recipient's phone number because it may be necessary to contact the recipient by telephone to complete delivery. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we encounter problems deliverying your gift.

Will I be charged for the redelivery of my orders?
Redelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information. Delivery services will not forward to another address. eCorporate Gift Shop will do its best to work with FedEx and UPS to intercept and re-route the package and avoid having to charge our customer re-delivery fee.

When is the last day I can place an order for Christmas delivery?
All orders received and confirmed by December 15th arrive by Christmas. Orders placed after the 15th are not guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. Exceptions are paid delivery options for Next Day, 2-day, 3-day and Special Saturday delivery. We recommend saving money and planning ahead by shipping before Dec. 15th via Ground shipping option.

What are your hours of operation?
Our Website is operational 24/7. The shipping and processing hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.

Do you collect sales tax?
State law requires us to collect sales tax. Currently we only collect sales taxes from California residents.

What forms of payments are accepted?
eCorporate Gift Shop uses secure method with Google Checkout and Paypal. We also accept major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit cards are processed using Paypal but you do not need a Paypal account. Our payment method of choice, however, is Google Checkout.

How do I use my credit card to pay for my purchases?
Select "Paypal" from our shopping cart. When you arrive at the Paypal page, select "Use Credit Card" option located on the left hand side of the screen of the Paypal page. This way you do not have to create a Paypal account or even use your existing one.

What is Google Checkout and how do I use it to pay for my purchases?
If you have a Google email account, you store your credit card information once inside Google. Then every time you shop online at a merchant that supports Google Checkout, you simply enter your Gmail user ID and password. You never have to enter your credit card information again. To use Google Checkout on our online store, simply select "Google Checkout" option and proceed to checkout.


Gift Baskets

Do the gift baskets containing chocolates need refrigeration?
Only during summer months (June through Aug) in hot regions of the country, refrigeration may be required. In those rare cases, we recommend refrigerating chocolates immediately (for a couple hours) upon receiving your gift basket. Please note that in over two years of being in business we have never had any complaints about melted chocolates.

How long will the gourmet foods in my gift basket stay fresh?
The items packaged inside are best if consumed within 7 to 10 months.
